Can I return or exchange a purchase made using the Click & Collect service?

Yes! You can return your new and unopened IKEA products from your Click & Collect order within 365 days. Products that have been opened can be returned or exchanged within 90 days.

To avoid long wait times, IKEA encourages our customers to use the "Get a head start" service and book an appointment to return or exchange your items. Simply find your closest store and fill out an online form to choose a time slot. You will get a notification 15 minutes before your appointment to come to the Returns and Exchanges counter.
If a pick-up is being arranged for a return, please be sure to have the returning articles disassembled and packaged to prevent any damages during return. The return packaging could be the same package that was received during delivery, or can be used with another box or plastic.
