Do IKEA stores have Click & Collect lockers?
Yes, we are currently implementing Click & Collect lockers at various IKEA locations throughout Canada.
Our lockers are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for your convenience. You'll receive the location and the PIN code for your locker by email, and will have 24 hours to collect your purchase from the moment they are placed in the locker. If you're unable to collect your order within 24 hours, don't worry, it will be returned to store and the amount refunded to you within 7 business days.
If you have not received an email with your PIN at the start of your chosen pick-up time window, or you need to extend the pick-up time, please contact us and one of our colleagues will be glad to assist you.
Please note that Click & Collect lockers are not available at our Richmond and Coquitlam stores. Click here for more information.
