Where do I have to go to pick up my Click & Collect order in store?
You will see signs at the store's entrance indicating where to pick up your Click & Collect order.
You can also find out where you need to pick up your Click & Collect order on the home page of your IKEA store's website, and in your email stating your order is ready. To find your closest IKEA store, please click here.

Please note that once a Click & Collect order has a set pick-up date, we unfortunately can not reschedule.
