After completing your online order, you will receive a text with your pick-up code.
Collect your items in your chosen pick up window selected during your online checkout. So that you don't forget, our system reminds you once of the pickup. If you are unable to pick up your order on the selected day, your order will be returned to our store and the amount refunded to card.
Once at the collection lockers, enter your pick-up code to open the locker then take your order.
Our lockers are open 24 hours a day, 7 day a week.
Please note: Our store employees are only available to support you during store hours.

As soon as we have delivered your order to a locker, a text message will automatically be sent to the mobile number you specified when ordering. Allow up to 1 day to get your order ready. What are IKEA Collection Lockers?
You can pick up your Click & Collect orders whenever it suits you by choosing our IKEA Collection Locker service. They are located just outside our IKEA Burlington, Etobicoke, IKEA North York and IKEA Vaughan stores.
How can I select the option to pick up my order from an IKEA Collection Locker?
Add products to the shopping cart and select the option for Click & Collect Locker for the store location you wish to collect from, currently available at IKEA Burlington, Etobicoke, IKEA North York and IKEA Vaughan stores. When your order is ready to be collected, you will receive a text with a PIN code to enter on the locker screen. Once the code is entered, the locker door will open automatically.
How much does the Collection Locker service cost?
The price is included in the $5 Click & Collect fee.
The pick-up code doesn't work at the locker.
Please verify you have entered your 8-digit PIN code and not your order number. The PIN code was sent by text message to the mobile number provided at checkout.
If your code still does not work, please ask a store employee at the Click & Collect desk, located in the Returns & Exchanges section of the store. If the store is closed, please contact the IKEA Customer Service Centre at 1-866-866-IKEA (4532).
Can I leave any items that I no longer want in the locker?
Please do not leave any items in the locker unless you plan to pick them up within your pickup window. Returns, exchanges can only be made to our in-store Customer Service or through the IKEA Customer Service Centre at 1-866-866-IKEA (4532).
What can I do if I closed the box by mistake or forgot something?
Enter the pick-up code again. The locker will open a second time.
