Why can’t I place a Click & Collect order?

There are a few reasons why a Click & Collect order may not go through.

Due to the service being in high demand, our stores have a limited amount of pick-up time slots available per day for Click & Collect orders. Once this limit has been reached, you will receive an error message when trying to check out and pay for your order. If you get this error message, we recommend trying again after midnight as this is when many time slots reopen.

If you're trying to pay for your order, and you get an error message saying the item is not in stock, even though it is indicated to be in stock, it's possible that there is a very low quantity at the store. In this case, we recommend waiting until there are more than five in stock and then trying to place the order again.
