Why can’t I place a Click & Collect order?
There are a couple of reasons you might be having difficulty placing a Click & Collect order.
Our stores have limited space to store orders, both in store and in lockers. You will see available pick-up timeslots when you start the check out process and select the one most appropriate for you. We will hold your order for an extra 24 hours, in case your plans change.
If you see stock in the store but are unable to set up a Click & Collect order for it, it may have to do with the quantity. When we have low volumes of stock at the store, we do not make it available for Click & Collect in case customers already shopping in the store have it in their cart – we do not want to risk it being out of stock when preparing your order.
If you are unable to place a Click & Collect order in the time you are looking for, or if the stock does not allow you to place the order, we invite you to explore our variety of affordable delivery and collection services.
