How do I change the pick-up date/time for my Click & Collect order?
As a courtesy, Click & Collect orders are held for an extra 24 hours after the end of your scheduled pick-up time.
It is not possible to change the pick-up date of your Click & Collect order. If you need a new date, we ask that you please cancel your order and place a new one with your desired date.
Please note that the pick-up time slot chosen is an estimate; kindly wait for the ready for pick-up email before going to collect your order to avoid any unnecessary wait time.
If you do not pick up your order, you will automatically be refunded for the merchandise only. Please allow 7 business days to see the refund on your original method of payment.
