After I place a Click & Collect order, can I change my contact information?

Once a Click & Collect order is placed and paid for, IKEA is unfortunately unable to make any changes, however other options are available.

If you'd like to change the contact information because someone else is going to pick up your order, you may forward your Ready for pick-up email to the person picking up the order with a statement saying you authorize this person to collect your items on your behalf. It is important the name you give IKEA matches the one on their Government-issued ID.

For any other reason, the order will need to be cancelled and rebooked. You can do this through the Track & Manage My Order online service, or by contacting our co-workers by chat or phone.
