After I place a Click & Collect order, can I change my contact information?
Once a Click & Collect order is placed and paid for, IKEA is unfortunately unable to make any changes, however other options are available.
If you'd like to change the contact information because someone else is going to pick up your order, you may forward your order confirmation to the person picking up the order with a statement saying you authorize this person to collect your items on your behalf. It is important the name you give IKEA matches that on their Government issued ID.
For any other reason, the order will need to be cancelled and rebooked. You may do so online by logging into your account and click on Order History.
