When my order is ready, how long will I have to pick it up?
When a pickup order is ready to be collected, a pick-up confirmation will be sent.
For a pickup at a Pick-up location, once a "ready for pickup" email has been received, the order can be collected within 7 days (14 in British Columbia). Due to limited space, we are unfortunately unable to extend pick-up dates and your order will be shipped back to the warehouse after the 7th day (14th in British Columbia).
For a store Click & Collect order, once the "ready for pickup" email has been received, the order can be collected within 24 hours. Due to limited space and a constant stream of orders, we cannot extend pick-up times and your order will be sent back to the shelves after 24 hours.
In both cases, please wait for the email confirmation stating your order is ready before heading to the pick-up location to get your items. Although delays are rare, they do sometimes happen and we thank you for your patience.
