What is the delay for me to return a live plant ?
Live plants can be returned to IKEA within 90 days of purchase
Please bring the live plant with the receipt to any IKEA store, within the 90 days of purchase.
Products belonging to one of the categories below can be returned within 90 days and will be refunded on an IKEA refund card.
- Products from the Swedish Food market
- Live plants
- Products purchased in As-is
An IKEA refund card is valid at all IKEA stores in Canada or on IKEA.ca
