Can I return products at the IKEA Plan and Order Points?

Yes, we do accept returns at our Plan and order points.

We are happy to accept returns at our Plan and Order points. We do kindly ask for your understanding, as our return area is limited in size, and we also assist visitors from other stores and from our contact center. As a result, we occasionally receive items that were not originally purchased at our location.
We would also like to note that we do not have specialized equipment for handling large or heavy items; only a basic dolly is available on site. For this reason, we generally recommend returning bulky or heavy products to a full‑sized store, where the appropriate equipment and support are readily available.
If a large return must be processed at our location as part of an active customer case, we respectfully ask that the customer place the item in the return cage themselves, using the side door that provides direct access.
