Can I return a product by post?
If you can't come in-store, it's possible to return small items to the closest IKEA store via post.
Please contact IKEA to receive a case file number for your return order.
Once you've done so, please follow these steps:
- If the parcel was opened, you must re-seal it to prevent any damages during return (a different box or packaging is acceptable).
- Write the case file number you received from IKEA on the returning packages.
- You may use the courrier of your choice at your own expense.
- Provide a tracking number that IKEA can use to follow the return.
Upon the package's arrival to the store, the refund should be completed within 7-10 business days.
