Can I return or exchange IKEA products bought in the store through IKEA.com?
Yes! You can return your product through our home collection service even if you bought it in a store.
At IKEA it's easy to return or exchange IKEA products and you have 365 days to exchange or return your product if the packaging has not been opened.
Within 90 days we take back opened products, even assembled ones, as long as it's unused and in re-saleable condition with proof of purchase.
If you don't have the option to go to an IKEA store, we offer the possibility of returning products by home collection for a fee.
