Can I return a product in store?
If you purchased from IKEA Canada online or in store, you can return your product to any IKEA store in Canada.
When making a return in store, bring your product and proof of purchase to the Exchanges and Returns counter located near the exit.
For a quicker process, you can use IKEA Express Returns. Pre-fill your return details online before visiting the store to save time and skip the queue. You can simply enter your receipt or order confirmation details and select the items you wish to return along with the reason. You will then receive a QR code to scan in-store within 14 days.
