I am obtaining an error stating ‘product not available’ when placing a Click & Collect order. What do I do?

We kindly ask you to either pick up the item in store without using Click & Collect or try Click & Collect with another store. You may also purchase online for Home Delivery from one of our online distribution warehouses.

Please note if you see that an item is available at your local IKEA store, you will not be able to purchase it for Click & Collect until there is more product availability.
