Can I return a product to a Pick-up location?

IKEA’s Pick-up locations do not have the ability to process returns or arrange exchanges. 

If you wish to return or exchange your purchase, you can visit your nearest IKEA store or contact us by chat or phone at 1-866-866-IKEA (4532) to explore possible options.
