Can I return a product by post?

If you can't come into store for your return, it is possible in some states to return small items via postage.

Each item needs to be under 105cm in length and width and less than 22kg. Contact IKEA customer service to arrange a return the item/s through your local Australia Post office. You can reach out to IKEA customer service for more information during opening hours.
