Can I return a product by parcel?
If you can't come into store for your return, it is possible in some states to return small items via parcel.
The parcel must be under 120 cm total in size (length + width + height), and less than 22kg. You will need to supply your own box, satchel, or envelope for the return, and it must be unused and undamaged. Returns can be made to a participating depot for $9.99 (this is deducted from your refund). All items returned in the parcel must be from the same order and in one box. Refunds are processed within 14 days of return.
Parcel Return is available across Australia, except TAS and NT.
