Can I return a product to a Collection Point?
Currently we are only able to offer product returns to our Tasmanian Collection Points.
See the IKEA Returns policy to check if your items are eligible for returns. The cost of making a return via a Tasmania Collection Point is $49.
Tasmania has a Collection Point in Launceston and Hobart. You can reach out to IKEA customer service during opening hours to arrange the return. If you are outside of Tasmania, you can contact us to investigate other methods of returning a product.
