Can I return a product to a Collection Point?

Currently we are only able to offer product returns to our Tasmanian Collection Points.

See IKEA Returns policy  to check if your items are eligible for returns.   

Prices are dependant on the value of the products being returned:

  • $0 - $299 : $19
  • $299 - $599 : $49  
  • $600 + : $109  

Tasmania has a Collection Point in Launceston and Hobart. You can reach out to IKEA customer service during opening hours to arrange the return, or if you are outside of Tasmania you can contact us to investigate other methods of returning a product. If you are chatting with us, you can get connected to a human co-worker by  writing "I want to talk to a human" in the chat. Alternatively, you can call us. Click here to find the number for your state/territory.
