Can I return products at the IKEA Plan and Order Point or a Click and Collect Near You location?
These locations are not full IKEA stores and therefore unfortunately cannot process returns.
IKEA Plan and Order Points, as well as Click and Collect Near You locations are not full IKEA stores, and therefore unfortunately cannot process returns. This includes locations such as Belrose, Highpoint, and Cannington.
If you have purchased an item from any of these locations that you wish to return, you can either visit your nearest IKEA store, arrange a parcel return for smaller items, or contact IKEA Customer Service to arrange a Pick-Up Service for larger items.
