What is IKEAs return policy?
Your satisfaction with your IKEA purchase is important to us. Unopened IKEA products can be returned within 365 days. Once your product has been opened, you have 60 days to test and try certain products at home. Test and try excludes sleepwear, bathwares, children's toys, cooking and eating wares, and live plants. Conditions and exclusions apply to all returns. Depending on the assessed condition of the product, IKEA will provide either a full refund back to the original payment method or to an IKEA Returns Card. Proof of purchase is required to make a return.
