Not for me, sadlyJessicaI purchased this for use in my office but the foot platform constantly slides along the metal frame and I feel like my feet are unstable. There's nothing to hold the platform on, so I even accidentally kicked it off once! Assembly was incredibly easy and straightforward, but I will probably be giving this away at work. 2

Super Solid FootrestHugoI had been looking for a footrest for my desk set up and I had originally searched through Amazon, but none were exactly what I was looking for. I stumbled upon this one and decided to pick it up.
Assembly was easy and the footrest is amazing to me. The design of it allows you to move the foot board forwards, backwards or keep it at a neutral balanced position. While it doesn’t have a locking mechanism the weight and force you put on the board allow it to stay in place without sliding around. Moving the board is as easy as pushing your force and weight forward or backwards. One great feature that may not be intentional is the board itself has horizontal lines from top to bottom and if you use it while wearing socks you can slide your feet up and down and it feels pretty nice almost like a massage or enough to get some blood moving in your legs. Overall great footrest, would definitely recommend.5
