Long Time UserAlanI have had these seats before and they are very comfortable. I would say the only drawback is the inability to remove the covers for washing. The only reason I replaced two of them was due to cats scratching the backs, so replacement covers would have been a great option, but is not possible. A great choice, but keep them clean!
Office chairKimberlyGreat chair! It has good movement and adjustments! 😊
Beautiful and comfortable, but defective model. Returned twice!MartinI really wanted to love this chair. Honestly, when it is actually working, I absolutely love it. However, I have now had to return this chair for the exact same reason twice—and the second unit only lasted two weeks!
The automatic weight-activated recline mechanism is highly unreliable and incredibly poor. On both units I owned, the backrest completely locked up in a rigid upright position after a short period of use and refused to recline ever again. I tried every troubleshooting method available but the internal mechanism completely jammed both times.
If you happen to get a unit with a flawless mechanism, it’s easily a 5-star chair. But given that this is the second time I've had to disassemble, pack up, and haul a chair back to the store for the exact same mechanical failure, there is a clear quality control issue here. For a $400 chair, this shouldn't be happening. I am really disappointed that I have to go look for a different chair now.
The best office chair I’ve ever ownedRichardFully adjustable, and it doesn’t roll away from me when I stand up. It was easy to assemble, and it looks great.
Does not changed coversTaliDon't be fooled - zippers there only for estetic. you cannot change cover. Also after 2years zipper unziped itself reveal yelow polystirol. Chair is beatiful and partialy 'eronomic'. Little bit To be real ergonomic need higher and ajustible backrest. Also little bit tricky designed wheels - they're wheelee only when you seating on chair. When you send up they not rotated.
Excellent Office Chair but PriceyGilbertMy daughter bought this chair to work from home. It's relatively easy to set up and it's very comfortable. My only complaint is that it was very pricey. However, if it lasts a long time, it will be worth the price.
PerfectLeoSimple, convenient and fast installation, beautiful design
Back to far forward AllisonI didn’t buy this but I went and sat in it in the showroom and I agree about the weirdness of the back pushing you forward. Too bad the rest of the chair is nice.
Back tilt not adjustableJuanThe back of the chair is always tilted towards the front (not adjustable) and gives when you lean back on it. This makes it quite uncomfortable.
Amazingly comfortable DNext best thing to standing
Not the same as previously purchased chairAnnieThe angle of the back is wrong and there is no way to adjust it. It pushes me forward. If I adjust the seat to counteract that, I can't use the lumbar support. I purchased the same chair in 2020 and it does not have this issue. The back angle is perfect and it doesn't push me forward. Payed the exorbitant fee to ship this because I "knew" it would work since I already have the same chair. Obviously, I was wrong. Very disappointed.
My wife loves this chair! Comestible, Relaxing, perfectHolgerWe came to the store to buying it then for a sudden we found this one in very good shape in the 50% area!!!
comfy, but heavyYaneliSuper comfy works great with micke desk. The seat cushion is removable and the rest of the fabric has zipper for easy washing.
