Quality concernsSherriThe arms and hardware were wrapped with the chair seat. Each arm had a plastic sleeve. The Left arm had a deep gouge in the paint that fell off as I unpacked it. Unfortunately the gouge is quite noticeable. Also, the seat center seam buldges and is hard, and the large gray(silver) screws that attach the arm to the back of the chair are unattractive. I expected they would match the arm color. See pictures.
Installation NightmareMichael And LisaAs with many IKEA items the assembly is a nightmare taking hours to assemble what should be an easy product design. Screw holes don't align. Fabric pulls showing plastic underneath - PD can do better with this! Locking mechanism (in/out to lock unlock currently is not aligning enabling lock -- what set out to be a happy install is again a nightmare)! Fix your instructions and product design - this is priced $$$ for what it is.

Almost perfectDebbieThe back support had me at first sit, it’s a well made quality chair and love the look. Minus one star because of the wheels. There should be a choice of whether that’s important for you or not. I don’t like that it’s so difficult to move when I’m not in the chair. Otherwise, it was easy to put together and when I replace the wheels it will be perfect.

Overall, it’s a great product. My only disappointment is the increase in price. It’s still a great product worth its value.
handsome simple quality office chairTetsubumithis was easy to put together and looks really great... i had to amend the seating a bit to make it a tad more comfortable (for all-day sitting) and the wheels are o.k. (maybe too much internal friction). otherwise, the arms are amazingly solid and the proportions very good.

Sleek and mostly comfortableAnonymous reviewerI like this chair. I bought it for my work-from-home days due to the pandemic. The beige and white are a beautiful color combination. I found it very simple to build. The chair is mostly comfortable. I noticed my tailbone starting to ache a little at the 6 hour mark. I'm able to combat this by adjusting myself slightly though. I wish there were a little more padding in the seat but for this price, I can't complain.
