One side is tacky, and the other smooth, so it will not move around on your floor. It is quite large, and I could have done with it being a little smaller, but it is the only one IKEA carries, and it is a good value5

Also +100 for the crappy sticker situation. If you wanna put 5 stickers on the bottom at least make them easy to remove. I don't want to spend 45 minutes "Assembling" a flat piece of plastic.1

Good, but not greatJuminMine is currently holding up after nearly 2 months use. However, it shifts slightly underneath my desk/chair over time which requires me to re-set the location. It might have been helpful if it has some spikes on one side for carpeted surfaces.3
Incompetent stickersJoshuaI bought two. The products are fine. But they come with a number of stickers, three of which are white, two clear. Two seem to be from the factory, the third had to do with the product order. As they are clear, I wanted to remove them. They don't come off easily, and one left residue I had to scrub off. There's no reason for a simple floor mat to have any stickers on it. Five is absurd - corporate bureaucracy over common sense.1

Didn’t Last Three MonthsMelissaI have used this at my desk on top of standard carpet for less that three months and it cracked and has completely broken all throughout the middle. I’m 5’2” and under 130 lbs so it should have been able to hold up for longer than three months. Would not purchase again.1

Floor protectorAnaThis product is awful. We have previous floor protestor product which was sturdy think and lasted for years. This is such a cheap replacement. Also covered in some sticky substance that I don't know how good is it going to be for our oak floors. Super disappointed. Id give it a zero * if it was an option. I want the old product quality.1

stained floorJoshit worked great until i noticed it was discoloring my floor. i went back looked at the specs and nowhere does it say it might discolor manufactured hardwood. i will be returning the 2 i bought.1
