    Great cookiesIdoThese are great sandwich cookies, especially due the fact that you can feel the cacao also in the cookie itself, in addition to the filling. The only thing I might do is to make it a bit more like the oreo cookie, in the way it doesn’t crumbling that easily.4

The custom came about during the 19th century and meant that the host was expected to serve exactly seven types of cookies to their guests. Fewer were considered stingy and more was seen as over the top, while seven was the perfect balance. At IKEA, we love this way of enjoying a special moment with others, no matter how many cookies are served.
