Made of stainless steel, which makes the pans durable and easy to clean.

Thick base with one layer of aluminium between two layers of stainless steel. Gives an even and energy-efficient heat, which reduces the risk of food burning and sticking.

You can cook food on a low heat and save energy because the stainless steel in the pan absorbs heat well and retains it for a long time.

    Avoid heating a dry and empty frying pan too quickly, especially with the induction hob's booster function, as this can cause the pan to warp and negatively affect the coating's non-stick properties.

Great frying pan.ErikFrying anything is this pan is really a joy. And the non stick layer is ceramic so not Teflon. The bottom of the pan is really thick due to which the heat spreads evenly through the full bottom of the pan. And also the pan looks very good due to the nice shiny stainless steel.5

What is sol-gel ceramic non-stick coating?

Sol-gel non-stick is often called ceramic coating and is an increasingly common replacement for other non-stick coatings in frying pans. It comprises mostly of silica and is created by applying a gel-like solution to the product and drying it in an oven. The result is a hard, glossy surface with non-stick properties. Sol-gel can be produced in different colours, it withstands high heat, is easy to use and clean – and allows cooking with little or no fat.
