Our little nest in the clouds
This is the bedroom of Wilbert and Odette, both in their early 40s. And not only that, most nights they share this room with their children, Dieder (10), Maas (8) and Bo (6).
The large bed is perfect for movie nights, reading, breakfast in bed and sleeping in. But also at night, often one of the kids want to join the safety master bedroom. With so much activity in the master bedroom, they have turned their bedroom into a family room.

Find the ideale temperature
Wilbert and Odette know that it can get quite warm when you're all huddled together. That's why their bedding is a combination of cotton and viscose. This ensures an even, pleasant night temperature at night.
The 4-season duvet also helps with regulation: in the summer they take off the top layer of the duvet and store it under the bed. Wilbert also has a pillow that has a cooling effect.
Make sure you consciously build up the layers of your bedding, so you sleep comfortably all year round!

Quiet cleaner
Because the whole family sleeps in one room, it is very important that the air quality in the room remains good. That is why they use an air purifier. It filters dust, pollen and other particles from the air.
Odette & Wilbert chose the small UPPATVIND air purifier. At night they use the lowest of three speeds, so it doesn't disturb the silence. During the day they easily move it to other rooms, because it is so light. Perfect!
