FAKTUM kitchen service
On 2 June 2014, the FAKTUM kitchen range was replaced by our METOD kitchens. Since 1 October 2016, it is no longer possible to order FAKTUM kitchen parts online. FAKTUM and METOD kitchens parts cannot be combined with each other. This has no impact on our service. The FAKTUM guarantee remains valid (10 or 25 years depending on the date of purchase).
Do you have a FAKTUM or METOD kitchen?
If you're not sure what kind of IKEA kitchen you have, look at the holes in the cabinets. FAKTUM cabinets have a single row of holes along the edge and METOD cabinets have a double row of holes. The pictures below show this difference.

- 10-year guarantee: FAKTUM kitchens and parts purchased before 1 September 2007
- 25-year guarantee: FAKTUM kitchens and parts purchased from 1 September 2007
