Purchase paid in store

For all purchases in the store that you paid at the checkout, you can convert your receipt online into a valid invoice. You will receive the invoice immediately by e-mail.

• It is only possible to make an invoice for the entire purchase.
• A receipt can only be converted into an invoice once.
• Receipts older than 365 days cannot be converted to an invoice.
• Return vouchers cannot be converted. If you need a credit invoice you can ask for one during the return process. 

Purchase paid online or upon delivery

For all (online) orders paid directly online, via Klarna or upon delivery, we automatically send an invoice by e-mail as soon as the order is completed.

• Directly paid online: you will receive an invoice within a few minutes after completing the order. 
• Payment on delivery: you will receive an invoice as soon as the order has been delivered and paid for. 
• Afterpay via Klarna: you will receive an invoice as soon as the order has been delivered.

How does it work? 

• Keep your receipt at hand
• Please fill in all data correctly. We cannot change the data once the invoice has been created.
• You will receive the invoice by e-mail within a few minutes.
  Please note: The original receipt is your warranty certificate, so keep it in a safe place!

IKEA for Business Network

The IKEA for Business Network offers the option of purchasing on account.

There are a number of conditions that you must meet:

• You must be a member of the IKEA for Business Network
• You need to be registered at the Chamber of Commerce for at least 1 year
• Positive credit check
