How did IKEA do financially in 2021?

The revenue of Ingka Group, the largest franchisee of the IKEA concept, increased by 19.7 percent in the fiscal year 2023* and amounted to 1.64 billion euros (FY22: 1.37 billion euros).

Physical store visits at IKEA in the Netherlands increased by 22.1 percent in FY23. 28 percent of Dutch revenue came from online sales, a decrease of 2.9 percent compared to FY22.

*In the Netherlands, IKEA has 12 stores that fall under Ingka Group, and one concept store (IKEA Delft) that is owned by Inter IKEA Systems. Inter IKEA Systems is the owner of the IKEA concept and a worldwide franchisor.
