Do IKEA Family points and rewards expire?
Yes. Points expire after 18 months, and selected rewards expire if not used within 30 days.
How long are points valid?
- Points are valid for 18 months from the date they’re earned
- After that, they automatically expire
What about selected rewards?
- Once you choose a reward, you have 30 days to use it
- If not used in time, it will expire and your points are lost
You can see the expiry date in your IKEA Family profile, you will also get an email about it 6 weeks and 2 weeks before expiry.
