How do I install the hinges on my PAX wardrobe?
How you install the KOMPLEMENT soft-closing hinges depends on the height of your wardrobe.
201 cm high wardrobe
You'll need doors of 195 cm high and a set of three KOMPLEMENT hinges per door. A pack of three hinges contains one "regular" hinge and two hinges with gray dampers. The "regular" hinge should be placed in the middle; the hinges with dampers should be placed at the top and bottom of the door.
236 cm high wardrobe
You'll need doors of 229 cm high and a set of four hinges per door. A pack of four hinges contains two "regular" hinges and two hinges with gray dampers. The "regular" hinges should be placed in the middle; the two hinges with gray dampers should be placed at the top and bottom of the door.
Assembly sequence
First, attach the hinges to the door. Then, lift the door (with two people) to attach the other side of the hinges to the wardrobe frame. Start with the top hinge and work your way down. Finally, adjust the hinges (see assembly instructions) to ensure the doors are properly aligned.
