How do I get my double payment back?
Has the payment for your order been debited twice? Usually, only one amount has actually been debited and the other payment has only been reserved. Are you sure you paid twice? Please contact our customer service.
It can happen that the payment for your purchase appears to have been debited twice. In most cases, the payment can be found twice in your bank overview, but one amount has been debited and the second amount has only been reserved. This reservation will be automatically cancelled after approximately 2 working days. In that case, you don't have to do anything!
I see that the amount has really been debited twice, what now?
We check for any double payments on a daily basis. If you discover the double debit yourself, please contact our customer service.
In most cases, we can check the payments immediately and initiate a refund. After this, it may take up to 2 weeks for the payment to be refunded to your bank account.
In the case of a credit card payment, this will be refunded at the end of the month together with your other payments.
