How do I insert a custom-made worktop in the METOD kitchen planner?
You can design a custom-made worktop in the METOD kitchen planner tool by selecting it from the Modify menu. Please note that your kitchen plan must also be verified by a IKEA kitchen specialist to ensure your worktop will fit your new kitchen correctly.
- Start by choosing one of the worktops available in the tool and confirm that the one you want is a custom-made worktop (this information will be in the product description). If you have already chosen a cabinet with another worktop, you can simply change it by clicking on it and then pressing 'Style/Colour'.
- When you have chosen your desired worktop, press 'Modify'.
- If you want to adjust the dimensions yourself, press ‘Modify worktop options’.
