Are there wheelchairs available in the store?

You are most welcome! You will find a number of wheelchairs at the entrance to each IKEA store; they are mainly push chairs. You can use the wheelchairs for free. In some stores, the wheelchairs have a coin slot.

Our stores are all equipped with lifts and/or escalators and we accept assistance dogs. More information like the address and opening hours can be found on the store page.

Having a simple and straight-forward transportation from producer to warehouses allows us to secure low product prices as well as limit our CO2 emissions. But this means as well that we cannot transfer articles from store to store.

  • What kind of parking facilities does IKEA have?

    Parking is free at all IKEA stores. Parking areas are closed at night. Our parking lots open 15 minutes before opening hours and close shortly after the store closes. For special parking spaces such as the loading area, please follow the signs.

    Four IKEA stores offer charging for electric bikes: IKEA Delft, IKEA Eindhoven, IKEA Hengelo, and IKEA Breda. Unfortunately, this is currently not possible at our other stores.

    Are you in the IKEA store, do you have an order list (for example, for a complete cupboard or kitchen), but you don't feel like collecting everything yourself from the self-service warehouse? We collect all necessary parts from the warehouse, and you can then easily load all the items in your car from the pick-up point in the store and take them home.

  • Can I also wrap my purchases at IKEA?

    At every IKEA store you will find an area complete with a wrapping table, tissue paper and sticky tape. Here you can wrap up your purchases to keep them safe for their journey home or wrap your presents quick and easy with our IKEA wrapping paper.

  • Can I scan and pay for my products myself at IKEA?

    Would you like to save time at the checkout? You can scan your products during your visit via the IKEA app (not available in IKEA Delft). After that, you can scan the generated QR code at the self-service checkout, pay your purchase and you're ready to go!
