I have not received confirmation of my (online) plan appointment, what can I do?

We will always send you an e-mail confirmation of your appointment at IKEA. If you have not received it, we ask you to contact us.

Sometimes it happens that an e-mail confirmation of your planning appointment has not been sent or received. Rest assured: you can assume that your appointment has simply been confirmed at IKEA!

If you have noted a telephone number with the appointment, you can be called on this number if we have questions in advance or if we are unable to contact you during the scheduled appointment.

Do you want to check on which day or at what time the appointment was already planned, but you can't find the email? Always check your junk e-mail folder before contacting us. Sometimes our e-mail is blocked by the mail provider and automatically put in this folder.
