Where can I collect points from IKEA Family?
You can collect points in the online store, app, remote sales by phone, in all IKEA stores located in the Netherlands.
Please note that you can only earn points and use rewards in the country where your IKEA Family profile is registered. Always make sure to scan your IKEA Family card or log in online with your IKEA Family profile.
When making a purchase: For every €5 you spend, you earn 1 point.
By using IKEA tools and services:

| Sign up for and attend an IKEA Family event | Once per week | 20 |
| Book a Planning & Advice service and attend the appointment | Once per week | 25 |
