How do I remove a kitchen drawer from my kitchen cabinet?

The instructions for removing the drawer can be found in the assembly instructions.

Are you no longer in possession of the assembly instructions for your kitchen drawer? To remove the drawer from your kitchen cabinet, you must first determine what type of kitchen you have.

METOD kitchen 
Do you have a METOD kitchen? Then slide the tray out completely. Then hold the bottom of the tray with both hands at the front and lift the tray. The drawer will now separate from the rails.

FAKTUM kitchen
Do you have a FAKTUM kitchen? Then there are two versions of the kitchen drawer.
  
To find out which versions you have, slide out the drawer and look at the bottom. Do you see a white latch protruding through the drawer runner on the bottom of the drawer runners (about 5 cm from the front of the drawer)? Then you have version 1. Is there no lock protruding through the drawer runner? Then you have version 2.

Version 1  
Press in the white latch with a screwdriver. Do the same with the other drawer slide. The drawer will now separate from the drawer runners.

Version 2  
Pull the drawer out completely and firmly pull it away from the drawer guides. When holding the drawer, be careful not to clamp the drawer slides.
