What is the balance on my gift card?

Check the balance of you gift card on our website.

Did you cancel an order, but the amount has been taken out of your gift card or store voucher? Don’t worry, within 24 hours the amount will be re-imbursed. 

If you have a promotional card (e.g., from the Christmas tree promotion or the Advent calendar) you can also check the balance online. You don't have to enter a pin code.  

Validity 
The balance of the IKEA Netherlands gift cards is valid indefinitely; that’s why there is no validity date on them. The balance on a promotional card is limited, please check the expiration date on your promotional card. The promotional card is unfortunately not redeemable online. 

Have you used up the balance on the card? Because the gift card cannot be re-charged, you can hand it in at an IKEA store or just throw it in the recycle bin.
