How do I use my credit, gift, or refund card?
Both physical and digital IKEA credit and gift cards can be redeemed in our stores, IKEA restaurants, the Bistro, the Swedish Food Market, and on our website.
To use a credit, gift or refund card as a payment method for an online order, select the ‘Redeem a gift card’ option during checkout at the payment step. Enter the PIN code on the card to complete the payment.
Entering the credit, gift or refund card number at the "Do you have discount code?" will give an error / invalid message.
The balance on the card is automatically updated after about 4 hours.
The card can also be used for a purchase in the store. More information about credit or gift cards can be found on our website.
