Why can't I use the IKEA voucher online?
For some discounts you must be logged in as an IKEA Family member and you can activate the online discount in the shopping cart at checkout. Also check how long your discount code is valid. Once it has expired, you can no longer use the code.
The IKEA Family 'Thank you' and Savings discount will be replaced with a better Rewards system.
