Can I reschedule, cancel, and return an order paid via Oney?
Yes, you can reschedule, cancel, and return the order according to our normal terms. Oney adjusts the installment amounts if the price of the order changes. If you cancel or return (part of) the order, you will receive the refunded amount via Oney.
Removing products
The value of the products will be refunded by Oney or deducted from the last installment amount.
Returning products
The amount of the returned product will be refunded by Oney.
