What is IKEA Family Rewards?
Starting September 22, IKEA Family members can enjoy a new benefit: Saving with IKEA Family. Throughout your entire customer journey, you can earn points—not just through purchases, but also by participating in certain activities. For example, using our online planner or attending an IKEA Family event.
As an IKEA Family member, you can collect points through purchases and certain interactions with IKEA — both online, via the app, and in-store. Scan your IKEA Family card or log in to our website or app to automatically collect points.
All IKEA Family members with a valid profile can collect points and receive rewards. Existing members with a registered email address are automatically enrolled. New members can start collecting points immediately after signing up.
Once you've collected enough points, you can select a reward of your choice. Think discounts on products, delivery, food, and drinks. The more points you have, the more rewards you can unlock. You can use one reward per order.
