Can I exchange / return products purchased online at the IKEA store?
Online purchased products can be returned at your nearest IKEA Store.
To refund you can either return and re-purchase the product from store or contact IKEA Customer Service Center.
To exchange your item from store, please visit our return and exchange corner with your order number, and the product you wish to exchange.
