Hej! We have something to tell you
Starting January 12, the IKEA Diagonal and IKEA Glòries stores will focus on offering you inspiration, advice and solutions for your home. Therefore, they will no longer handle product returns at these stores.
• Return of any order:
Visit any of these stores: IKEA L’Hospitalet, IKEA Badalona or IKEA Sabadell. There you can park conveniently, use a flat trolley from the car park and take the product to the customer service returns counter.
• Return of small orders:
If your order fits into one of our blue FRAKTA bags, you can return it at the nearest post office (Correos). The service costs €1 and you won’t need to go to the store.
Incident management will be handled through our customer service at 900 400 922, where they will provide you with the best solution for your case. Thank you very much for your understanding. If you have any questions, our team will be happy to help you find the best option for you.
