From March 21, the IKEA Granollers store will focus on offering you inspiration, advice, and solutions for your home. Therefore, product return procedures will no longer be carried out in these stores.
• Return of any order:
Visit any of these stores: IKEA L’Hospitalet, IKEA Badalona, or IKEA Sabadell. There you will be able to park comfortably, use a flat trolley from the car park, and take the product to the customer service returns counter.
• Return of small orders:
If your order fits into one of our blue FRAKTA bags, you can return it at the nearest post office (Correos). The service costs €1, and you will not need to travel to the store.
Incident management will be handled through our customer service, at 900 400 922, where they will provide you with the best solution for your case. Thank you very much for your understanding. If you have any questions, our team will be happy to help you find the best option for you.
In addition, from March 27, the Pick-up Point at IKEA Granollers will close permanently. It has been a pleasure serving you here. We will continue to be part of your home at our IKEA Granollers store, at IKEA.es, in the IKEA app, and on 900 400 922.
