Buyback Wednesday – A new home for your furniture
We’ll buy back your IKEA furniture and give it a new home. If you're an IKEA Family or IKEA Business Network member, you’ll receive an extra 10% every Wednesday.
Follow the steps below in our online tool, choose your IKEA store and the Wednesday that works for you, then bring back your IKEA furniture.
Offer valid in every IKEA store in Switzerland by presenting your offer number from the online tool and your Swiss IKEA Family or IKEA Business Network number. Cannot be exchanged for cash.
How it works
1. Calculate your furniture's value
Use the quotation tool to check how much in-store credit you'll get for your used IKEA products.
2. Receive your estimate
Look out for an email with your estimated quote and a number to reserve your transaction.
3. Bring it back to us
Bring your assembled furniture to your local IKEA store within 30 days of receiving your estimate.
4. Assessment and final offer
At the exchange & returns area, the condition of your furniture will be examined and a final price will be given. This can differ from the original estimate.
5. Get your IKEA refund card
You will receive in-store credit to spend online or in store at any time.
6. Give your furniture a new life*
All products in good condition will be resold at no profit in the resell aisle at the store.

Furniture for product buyback must:
- be in good, resalable condition
- belong to the product categories that IKEA currently buys back
- be complete and fully functional
- be correctly assembled
- be clean and unmodified
