- Some furniture may have a few cosmetic imperfections, but is functional and safe to use.
- The condition of products in the second chance market may vary, so you will receive the product as described. Whether it is still in its original packaging or already fully assembled, you will receive it at an attractive price.

Buyback Wednesday – A new home for your furniture
We’ll buy back your IKEA furniture and give it a new home. If you're an IKEA Family or IKEA Business Network member, you’ll receive an extra 10% every Wednesday.
Here’s how it works:
- Follow the steps in our online tool, select a Wednesday of your choice and your IKEA store to return your IKEA furniture.
- Bring your offer number and your assembled IKEA furniture to your IKEA store.
- After the final value is assessed on site at the IKEA store, you will receive this amount in the form of an IKEA refund card.
- As an IKEA Family or IKEA Business Network member, the value of your IKEA refund card will be increased by 10% on Wednesdays.
