Vegan pasta with vegetable balls @vanillacrunnch

Ingredients

200g HUVUDROLL vegetable balls

2 cloves of garlic

2 tbsp olive oil for frying

200g pasta of your choice

100g cherry tomatoes

½ jar of tomato sauce

½ bunch fresh basil or other herbs of choice

½ tsp FALKSALT sea salt flakes to taste 

How to make:

1. Chop the garlic and heat the oil in a frying pan. Fry the vegetable balls together with the garlic. 

2. Put the water and salt in a pan and bring to the boil. Cook the pasta until al dente and pour off the water.

3. Add the tomato sauce and half the cherry tomatoes.

4. Decorate with chopped herbs and FALKSALT and serve.
