Recipe: Vegan rhubarb jelly recipe @vegansofzuri

The sun is here! Time for a delicious picnic with Swedish delicacies outdoors. A summery dessert may not be missing of course. @vegansofzuri shows you how it`s done! 

What you need: 

 

  • DRYCK rhubarb syrup
  • Water
  • 2 teaspoons of agar- agar powder per 1 liter
  • Fresh summer berries: Strawberries, blueberries, raspberries 

Step 1

Dilute the DRYCK Rhubarb Syrup with water in the ratio of the instructions on the bottle.

Step 2

Heat the water in a saucepan and stir in the agar agar powder (2 teaspoons agar agar powder per 1 liter). Bring it to a boil for a few minutes. 

Step 3

Pour the mixture into the KORKEN jars.

Step 4

Fill the glasses with fresh summer berries and let them cool.

Step 5

Keep them well chilled in the refrigerator. The picnic can come!
