Recipe: KORVMOJ Hot Dogs with homemade Veganaise @cheftosca

Discover the mouthwatering creation by @cheftosca featuring our KORVMOJ vegan sausages, nestled in warm hot dog breads, and topped with a dollop of homemade veganaise. Preparation is child's play and the flavour is simply delicious!

Recipe

Ingredients: 

1 pack of KORVMOJ vegetable sausages
Microgreens
Caramelised onions
Roasted pumpkin (or carrots)
Hot dog buns

 

Veganaise

60 ml unsweetened plant milk
1 teaspoon mustard
1 teaspoon maple syrup
1/4 teaspoon salt
125 ml vegetable oil
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar

This is how it's done: 

  1. Mix the plant-based milk, mustard, maple syrup and salt in a container.

  2. Blend the mixture with a hand blender and slowly pour in the vegetable oil until the mayonnaise thickens.

  3. As soon as the mayonnaise starts to thicken, add the lemon juice and apple cider vinegar. Mix well for a few seconds at a time.Store the Veganaise in a container in the fridge for up to 5 days.

  4. Prepare the KORVMOJ vegetable sausages according to the instructions and create your hot dog from the ingredients. Refine it with the veganaise. Serve with potato crisps on the side. Enjoy the flavour!
