Just looking at it will be enough to put you in a good mood. This smoothie bowl is packed to the brim with healthy energy. And the best part is that it’s ready in next to no time. There’s no better way to start your day.

Fruity smoothie bowl with muesli

Ingredients for 2 servings

420g FRUKTSTUND mango/pineapple smoothie mix with sea buckthorn

1 banana1 kiwi (organic)

1 orange4 tbsp rolled oats

10 tbsp soy yogurt alternative

2 tsp cashew butter

6 tbsp HJÄLTEROLL muesli with cocoa and dried berries

2 tsp poppy seeds

1. Defrost the smoothie mix overnight in the refrigerator. If you have a powerful blender, you can also take the smoothie mix out of the freezer and put it in the blender right before making the recipe.


2. Slice the banana, peel and slice the kiwi as necessary, cut slices in half if required. Peel and chop the orange.

3. Put the smoothie mix, rolled oats and soy yogurt alternative into the blender and blend until smooth.


4. Transfer the contents of the blender to a bowl and serve with the sliced fruit, cashew butter, muesli and poppy seeds.
